Dive into the dynamic and meditative practice of Ashtanga Yoga in this special pop-up class. Using an adapted version of the Primary Series, you’ll move through a flowing sequence of postures—forward folds, twists, seated poses, and closing asanas—linked seamlessly with the breath (vinyasa).
This class offers an introduction to the rhythm, discipline, and meditative flow of traditional Ashtanga, while remaining accessible to all levels. Expect a vigorous yet mindful practice with continuous movement, steady breathwork, and modifications offered as needed.
