About the event

This beginner-friendly workshop is designed for students who are curious about inversions but want to learn them in a safe, supportive way. We’ll break down the mechanics of going upside down, develop the strength and alignment needed, and remove the fear factor with props, walls, and step-by-step guidance.


What’s Included:

✅ Warm-up and conditioning for shoulders, core, and wrists.

✅ Step-by-step progressions for headstand (Sirsasana) and forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana).

✅ Wall-supported drills to practice safely without fear of falling.

✅ Tips for engaging your bandhas (core locks) to create lightness.
