Service Description
Build Strength & Flow with Blocks: A Creative Pop-Up Join Christina for a 75-minute Vinyasa pop-up designed to help you build strength, balance, and mobility using yoga blocks. This class makes practicing with props fun, simple, and practical, giving you tools you can bring into your own home practice. Through playful and intentional sequencing, Christina will guide you in exploring both traditional and creative uses of the block, helping you support, challenge, and refine your posture while improving flexibility, core strength, and body awareness. The class flows toward empowering poses like Crow and Bird of Paradise, inviting you to find both stability and spaciousness in your body and mind. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to props, this pop-up is designed to be accessible, inspiring, and full of creative exploration, leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and confident in your practice. What to bring; - a yoga mat ($5 rental mats available) - comfortable clothes to move, bend, twist, and fold in - hydrate prior to class (recommended) - eat light or after class so that you can move in comfort Class included in memberships! **Not included in New Student Specials ($44 Drop-in passes available for non-members)

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
