Weekend 7: The Aura September 26 & 27 Live on Zoom This weekend immersion is devoted to the Aura, the electromagnetic field that surrounds the body and reflects our energetic vitality. A strong aura supports resilience, presence, and the ability to remain centered amidst life’s challenges. Through extended Kundalini kriya, meditation, mantra, and breathwork, students learn practices that strengthen and stabilize the energetic field. As the aura expands and becomes more balanced, practitioners often experience greater confidence, clarity, and presence. This retreat-style weekend invites students to deepen their awareness of energy and how it influences interactions, emotions, and personal boundaries. Come for one day or the full weekend and experience how consistent practice strengthens both inner stability and outward radiance.
