Through the power of kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation, sound healing, and rest we can cultivate a space within ourselves to gently push through spiritual and emotional blockages, insecurity and self limiting beliefs as we initiate ourselves into the embodiment of the Adi Shakti... the Divine Mother energy that we all carry within ourselves.
