Summer Kick Off: Sound Bath by the Sea

Free Summer Sound Bath at Corona del Mar Saturday, June 6th • 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Welcome the summer season with a free sunset sound bath and meditation experience at Corona del Mar State Beach. Join us for an evening of relaxation, mindfulness, and community as we gather by the ocean for a gentle guided mantra meditation followed by a deeply restorative sound healing journey featuring planetary gongs, crystal alchemy singing bowls, and the calming rhythm of the waves. This outdoor beach sound bath in Orange County is designed to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and create space for grounding, reflection, and renewal as we transition into summer together. The evening will begin with time to settle in and arrive fully before being guided through breath, mantra, and meditation. From there, participants will lie down comfortably and bask in immersive sound vibrations while the sun lowers over the coastline and the ocean creates a natural backdrop for rest and restoration. This free community wellness event is open to all levels. Whether you are new to meditation and sound healing or already have a practice, you are warmly welcome.
