Thanksgiving Morning • 8:15 AM Begin your Thanksgiving morning with presence, movement, and gratitude. This Vinyasa Flow–inspired class is designed to help you come back to yourself before the day’s festivities unfold. Guided by Nichole’s calming presence, you’ll move through a creative sequence that links breath with movement—awakening your body, centering your mind, and opening your heart. We’ll explore flowing transitions that build gentle strength, flexibility, and balance, creating space to release tension and invite in gratitude. As you sync your breath with each movement, you’ll feel grounded and reconnected to what truly matters. This class welcomes all levels and is categorized as Level 1–2, offering options to support both new and experienced practitioners. Whether you’re looking to energize your body or quiet your thoughts before gathering with loved ones, this soulful morning flow will leave you feeling balanced, peaceful, and thankful. Come move, breathe, and begin your holiday in the spirit of gratitude. 🧡 Zoom Tips: - Ensure your Zoom app has the latest version downloaded before class - Wireless headphones are recommended for a better listening experience - Make sure you are connected to a strong WIFI signal for the best visual experience (recommended to eat light or wait until after class so that you can move, bend, and stretch with ease and comfort) Come as you are, and allow the healing resonance of sound to support your return to balance and vitality.

Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
