This class is perfect for those looking to incorporate stillness into their busy lives or balance out a rigorous workout schedule with something more meditative and relaxation focused. (If attending online, best practiced at home with multiple blankets, blocks, and bolsters to support you throughout each pose as Nichole instructs. For the best at home experience, please use a desktop or laptop and external speaker (optional) when joining our zoom classes).

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
