About the event
Inspired by the Rune, Ansuz, this gong concert will be hosted at Jupiter Yoga Wellness studios from dusk till' dawn.
Starting at 6pm we will take our places on our yoga mats, cushions, and or blankets and begin with an opening mantra (a chant to set our intentions, clear our minds, and tune in to the atmosphere). This will be followed with yoga, meditation, a guided relaxation, and finally a gong immersion.
Our lead sound healers, Sotantar Suraj and Gian Shakti, will play a set of gongs endowed with planetary runes and tuned to specific frequencies that encourage deep relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation. This concert contains ten consecutive sets of gong vibrations lasting 45 minutes per set and intentionally designed to clear mental, spiritual, and emotional blockages so that our bodies and souls can heal and relive us and deliver our hearts from burdens.
