      AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY All Jupiter Yoga memberships and recurring plans are automatic renewal subscriptions. This means that your selected plan will continue month-to-month (or at the chosen renewal frequency) until you cancel. By enrolling in any recurring plan, you agree to the following: Automatic Monthly Charges Your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable membership rate each month on your billing date. Charges will continue until you cancel following the cancellation process described below. Minimum Commitment (if applicable) Some plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before the commitment is fulfilled, you are responsible for the remaining balance or for continuing payments through the end of the commitment period. How to Cancel You may cancel your membership anytime after the minimum term using any of these easy methods: Online: Log in to your account and click the “Cancel Membership” button. Email: Send your request to contact@jupiteryogawellness.com . Phone: Call (949) 676-7111 during business hours. Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing your cancellation date and final billing date. There are no hidden steps, delays, or requirements to speak with a representative to cancel. Notice of Renewal & Changes If your plan has a term of one year or longer, we will send you a renewal reminder 15–45 days before renewal. If your plan includes a free or discounted trial longer than 31 days, we’ll send you a renewal notice 3–21 days before the trial ends. If the price of your plan changes, we’ll notify you 7–30 days before the new rate takes effect. You’ll also receive an annual reminder identifying your plan, renewal terms, and cancellation options. Refunds & Transfers All memberships, class packs, and services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.
