Beaver Full Moon Sound Bath

This is the last full moon before the winter solstice, and so we prepare for this seasonal transition by letting go of the past and focusing on entering winter anew. We'll begin by setting our intentions for the winter months, and then resting in the vibrations of gongs. Many find themselves able to sleep deeper and reach states of peace quicker after just one soundbath.
