Breathwork + Soundbath: The Ultimate Meditation

This special evening will begin with a brief introduction to the breath including: The Science, The “Why”, and the benefits behind the modality as well as a demo on how to breathe. Brooke will then lead students through a "Wim Hof" style breathwork practice, which stimulates the Sympathetic Nervous System and brings the respiratory system closer to Total Lung Capacity. Recent studies now show that Total Lung Capacity is the number one predictor of longevity. The Breathwork will then lead practitioners into an unparalleled deeper Savasana, where the sound bath will ensue and accompany the ultimate meditative experience.
