Curious about Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training? Join us for a free open house! Lead teacher trainers Gian Shakti, Sotantar Suraj, & Yogi Amandeep will guide you through a brief meditation followed by a detailed discussion about our upcoming teacher training program followed by a Q&A. We will discuss dates, flexible pricing options and plans, and what topics and materials we will be using to lead this course. Meet other yogis interested in deepening their practice and get all your questions answered.
When: Tuesday, April 15th from 6PM-7PM
Where: Jupiter Yoga Wellness ( Zoom online option available for those that cannot make it in person)
What to bring: feel free to bring a meditation pillow if you have one for comfortable seating (blankets provided for added comfort), a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a pen and paper for note taking (optional but recommended).
