About the event
An overnight gong immersion. Starts with mantras to tune in, followed with yoga and meditation, a guided relaxation and a gong immersion. Let the sacred vibrations reset you so you come back to your center. These vibrations are healing and rejuvenating. 10 consecutive 45 minute gong session would clear most blocks so that the soul could then heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering to deliver us to our hearts. Living within the heart, we are able to more easily thrive in our natural state of joy and belonging, and carry the vibration out into the world to inspire those around us to the same.
