About the event
The New Moon gives us a chance to be thankful for new beginnings. Join un May 7th as we place our seats, write down our intentions, and rest on our mats while sound healers, Sotantar Suraj and Gian Shakti, play the soothing vibrations of planetary gongs.
What to bring:
-a yoga mat ($5 rental mats available in limited supply)
-a blanket or eye covering (optional)
-comfortable clothes
-a pen and paper to write your intentions down before the sound bath begins
