About the event
Winter is over, spring begins anew!
This special Kundalini Yoga and Soundbath class will be held with the intention of helping us come together as a community to embody the energy and themes of spring– rebirth, renewal, growth, and vitality. Join us Thursday, March 20th, from 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM to practice mantras, kriyas, and kundalini yoga movements that will leave you feeling renewed, refreshed, and ready to grow throughout this season. We will be performing a special soundbath at the end to enhance your rejuvenation and sense of peace.
