About the event
Meditate and set your intentions for the future during this month's full moon. We will begin by placing our seats and open this ceremony with a mantra. Then we will write down our intentions before laying in savasana while Gian and Sotantar play the vibrations of gongs and other vibrational instruments to deepen our meditation and rejuvenate our bodies.

a note book or piece of paper and pen to write down your intentions
a yoga mat
eye coverings (optional)
