About the event

Somatic Breathwork Journey is a multidimensional experience that combines somatic movement with conscious connected breathwork to restore peace within our somatic nervous systems.

We begin with setting our intentions with some light journaling and affirmation work. Then, we tune into the body, incorporate movement to start allowing the nervous system to release, and then we breathe! The work is accompanied by hands-on energy healing, music, and a sound healing experience. We end with a long Savasana (corpse pose) to process whatever came up during the breathwork and a guided meditation to help integrate it all.

If you’re ready for a shift and ready to let go of all the old patterns that are no longer serving you, then this is workshop is for you. When we make the conscious decision to put in the work toward our healing, we create space for more of what we desire in our lives.
