The Winter Solstice is the longest night of the year and marks the beginning of winter.  It is a fertile time to set new intentions. A tradition celebrated in the spirit of who we are. It gives us strength and achievement and brings us to feel our essence.  It is a poignant time to stop and listen, to harmonize our energy and reassess our connection to our spirit and life's purpose.  It is a powerful time to renew ourselves to develop that grit and commitment to excel so we can illuminate our destiny.
