*Unlike vitamins and minerals, there isn’t a specific recommended daily allowance for Omega-3. However, nutrition experts recommend taking between 250mg (1 softgel) and 500mg (2 softgels) a day of EPA and DHA. For optimal results we suggest taking 2 softgels per day.
