Vinyasa Level 2–3: A Moving Meditation of Strength, Breath, and Flow Led by Juris Zinbergs Step into a practice that’s both meditative and physically powerful. This Vinyasa class draws inspiration from the discipline of Ashtanga while embracing the fluidity of vinyasa, rooted in the rhythm of breath and movement. Through steady pacing and intentional sequencing, you’ll build strength, flexibility, focus, and resilience—on and off the mat. You’ll begin with energizing Sun Salutations, followed by standing and seated postures that awaken and balance the whole body. Over time, the practice may introduce more advanced sequences to deepen your growth. More than just a physical discipline, this practice invites clarity, presence, and transformation through mindful movement. Juris offers an adapted progression of sequences with modifications and guidance to support every practitioner. Whether you’re expanding your vinyasa practice or seeking a deeper challenge, you’ll discover flow, focus, and quiet strength with each breath. What to bring: - yoga mat - water bottle - comfortable clothes to move, bend, and sweat in How to Prepare: - hydration is recommended before you begin practice - eat light or wait until after class so that you may move, bend, twist, fold, and bend with ease, and free from discomfort

Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
