This seasonal turning point marks our transition into fall, inviting us into a season of release, reflection, renewal, and inner transformation. Just as the trees begin to shed their leaves, we are reminded that letting go is a natural part of growth. The Equinox offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves us, return to center, and create space for greater clarity, rest, and alignment. This special Equinox Sound Bath Ceremony is designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of the Earth. We’ll begin with mantra and guided reflection to connect with the energy of the season before settling into a nourishing savasana. From there, Sotantar Suraj and Gian Shakti will guide you through an immersive sound journey featuring planetary gongs, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and sacred vibrational instruments. Allow the sounds to wash over you as the body softens, the nervous system settles, and the mind becomes still. Through sound, intention, and deep rest, we create space to release, rebalance, and reconnect with what truly matters. The Autumnal Equinox reminds us that there is wisdom in both holding on and letting go.
