Step upside down with confidence! Join Christina, a yoga instructor and personal trainer whose teaching blends deep anatomical insight with years of study with world-renowned yoga and movement teachers. This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you build strength, overcome fear, and explore headstands and forearm stands in a safe and supportive space. Through guided progressions, props, and wall support, you’ll learn the mechanics of inversions, cultivate the alignment and core engagement needed, and discover how to move upside down with ease and playfulness. What’s Included: ✅ Warm-up and conditioning for shoulders, core, and wrists ✅ Step-by-step progressions for headstands and forearm stands ✅ Wall-supported drills for safe practice ✅ Tips for engaging your core Perfect For: Students new to inversions or refining their technique Yogis who want to build strength and confidence before moving away from the wall Anyone intimidated by inversions who wants a playful, safe approach What to Bring: Yoga mat (rentals available, $5) Water bottle Comfortable clothes for movement and sweat Have a light meal an hour or more before class or wait until after so you may move, fold, and flip without discomfort
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
