Weekend 3: The Positive Mind May 30 & 31 Not everyone who is drawn to Kundalini Yoga wants to teach it. But many feel the call to go deeper. This weekend of the Know Thyself: Kundalini Mastery Immersion is devoted to the Positive Mind, the aspect of consciousness that sees opportunity, expansion, and possibility. When balanced, the Positive Mind allows us to approach life with optimism, confidence, and creative openness. Through extended kriya, meditation, breathwork, mantra, sound, and reflection, students explore how the Positive Mind shapes perception and influences the way we move through the world. Rather than blind positivity, this weekend cultivates grounded optimism rooted in awareness and discipline. The retreat-style format allows practitioners to step away from daily distractions and fully immerse themselves in the experience of Kundalini Yoga. Through consistent practice and discussion, students deepen their understanding of how the mind, body, and energy systems interact. Come for one day, or stay for the full weekend and practice alongside a supportive community. This is an invitation to expand your perspective, strengthen resilience, and cultivate true self-mastery—on and off the mat. Students who may be considering teacher training can also apply immersion hours toward qualifying teaching hours. No teaching aspirations required—just a willingness to grow and explore the depth of the practice. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
