Kundalini Mantra, Meditation & Sound A sacred blend of voice, vibration, and stillness—this class is a deeply nourishing experience for the soul. We begin with the powerful practice of Kundalini mantra meditation, using ancient sound codes (mantras) to awaken inner energy, quiet the mind, and open the heart. Chanting mantras in Kundalini Yoga isn’t just vocal—it's vibrational medicine. These sacred syllables work on the subtle body, balancing the chakras, shifting mental patterns, and elevating your consciousness. As you repeat the mantras and move into focused meditation, you’ll create space for clarity, inner peace, and deep connection. The practice is accessible and rhythmic, often accompanied by gentle breathwork and mudras (hand gestures) to enhance the meditative state. We close the class with a grounding 10–15 minute sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, and other healing instruments to wash over you—integrating the energy you've stirred and bringing your system into a state of deep rest and harmony.
