Kundalini Meditation & Soundbath: A Reset for Mind, Body, and Spirit Step into a sanctuary of stillness and self-discovery. This unique class blends guided meditation techniques from a variety of spiritual traditions—including Kundalini, Tantra, Osho, Zen, and Sufi—with powerful mantras, breathwork, and gentle kriyas (yogic movements) to awaken your inner awareness and elevate your state of being. Performed primarily in a seated position, this class is designed to calm the nervous system, activate your life force energy (prana), and clear mental fog. You'll explore accessible meditative tools—such as rhythmic breath patterns, chanting, and subtle movements—that help break through emotional and energetic blocks. We conclude each session with a 10–15 minute sound bath using sacred instruments like gongs, chimes, and crystal bowls. The vibrational frequencies of sound help to integrate the meditation, allowing your entire system to reset and restore. No experience is necessary—all levels are welcome.
