Experience deep rest and renewal with our New Moon Sound Bath Ceremony, a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Under the grounding energy of the New Moon, you are invited to pause from the demands of daily life and drop into a space of intentional stillness. This is a powerful moment for reflection, clarity, and setting meaningful intentions for the cycle ahead. You will be guided through a meditative sound journey using planetary gongs, alchemy crystal bowls, and other healing instruments, creating immersive sound frequencies that help quiet the mind and relax the body. These vibrations support the nervous system in shifting out of stress response and into a state of deep rest and regulation—where clarity and insight naturally arise. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, seeking direction, or simply needing time to restore, this experience offers a space to come home to yourself. We will begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, followed by a deeply immersive sound bath, and close in stillness to integrate the experience. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and begin again. All levels welcome. No prior experience needed. As the sound frequencies move through you, you’ll be supported in: • Grounding you emotionally • Awakening clarity around your next steps • Strengthening self worth and security in yourself • Planting intentional seeds for new beginnings What to Bring - a yoga mat (mat rentals available in limited supply for $5) - journal and pen - an eye mask. (optional but recommended) (Bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks, and other yoga props are provided) ** Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to find parking, silence your devices, settle in, and sign our waiver (if this is your first time joining us at Jupiter Yoga Wellness). • We ask that you please avoid wearing perfumes or colognes to enhance relaxation, immersion in meditation, and breath work.
