This immersive Tuning Fork Training is an experiential exploration into the healing power of sound, frequency, and vibration. Guided by Gian Shakti, this course bridges ancient energetic wisdom with practical, hands-on application—giving you the tools to confidently work with tuning forks for healing, balance, and transformation. Gian Shakti is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP-certified yoga teacher with a profound dedication to holistic healing and spiritual growth. Her grounded, accessible approach to energy and sound healing makes complex healing principles easy to understand and apply in real practice. In this training, you will be guided step-by-step through both the science and intuitive practice of tuning fork healing, including: - The science of sound, vibration, and frequency and how it impacts the body and nervous system - Foundations of tuning fork healing and energetic resonance - Vagus Nerve Protocol for nervous system regulation and stress release - Restful Sleep Protocol to support deep relaxation and restoration - Techniques for space clearing and energetic tuning - Understanding the different types of tuning forks and their specific uses - Hands-on training in tuning fork balancing techniques - How to confidently use tuning forks for self-healing and healing others - Integrating tuning forks into yoga classes, Yin practices, meditation, and sound baths - Practical, supervised hands-on practice and application This training is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No prior experience is required. Whether you are a yoga teacher seeking continuing education credits, a wellness practitioner expanding your offerings, or someone simply drawn to the healing power of sound, this course offers a grounded yet expansive entry into the world of vibrational healing. You will leave with the knowledge, confidence, and embodied experience to begin working with tuning forks immediately in your personal or professional practice. What to bring: - a yoga mat and any other padding or seating for maximum comfort - a snack for break - water - comfortable clothes - a journal and pen for note taking - a floor seated back rest/meditation chair (optional but recommended) How to Prepare: - eat a meal before joining class - please avoid wearing perfumes or colognes to class - please arrive 15 minutes before class to settle in

Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
