Yin Yoga & Tuning Forks: Deep Stillness, Subtle Healing Slow down, soften, and surrender into a deeply restorative journey of body and mind. This class combines the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the subtle, vibrational healing of tuning forks to support deep release and inner harmony. Yin Yoga gently targets the fascia, ligaments, joints, and connective tissues through long-held, passive poses. With the support of props and breath, you’ll explore stillness and space in the body—learning to sit with sensation, relax into resistance, and cultivate mindfulness with each breath. Throughout the class, therapeutic tuning forks are introduced to enhance the effects of the practice. These finely tuned frequencies help calm the nervous system, balance energy, and bring the body into a state of resonance and ease. Their gentle vibration travels through the body like an internal sound bath, encouraging deep healing and inner alignment. This is the perfect class for anyone feeling stressed, overstimulated, or energetically depleted. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply renewed. Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
