Yin Yoga + Tuning Forks (In-person)
Service Description
Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. By holding a posture for an extended amount of time, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Tuning Forks are also used to help tune the nervous system, bringing all parts of yourself into a unified harmony. In this class we will practice 5 to 7 poses, and hold each for 5-10 minutes each.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
