Yoga for Strength: Build Stability, Mobility & Resilience This functional, strength-focused class is designed to help you build muscle, improve balance, and deepen flexibility through intentional movement and skill-based practice. Rather than flowing continuously, you’ll work through targeted drills and postures that develop strength, stability, and control. Each sequence is designed to support better movement patterns, enhance mobility, and prevent injury—both on and off the mat. By strengthening the body while increasing flexibility, you create more support around your joints and improve overall resilience. This balance is essential for preventing injury, supporting longevity, and complementing a regular yoga practice. Expect a slower, more focused pace with time to explore proper alignment, engage key muscle groups, and build confidence in foundational skills. This is a practice of quality over speed, where mindful repetition leads to lasting strength and stability. With an emphasis on alignment, body awareness, and intelligent progression, you’ll be supported in a safe environment with options to modify or challenge yourself as needed. What to Bring - a yoga mat (mat rentals available in limited supply for $5) - a water bottle (Bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks, and other yoga props are provided) How to Prepare: - dress in comfortable clothes you can move, stretch, and sweat in - we ask that you please refrain from wearing cologne or perfume - eat light before or wait until after class to ensure you can bend, fold, invert, and twist with ease - plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking, settle in, and sign our waiver if it is your first time joining us



Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations with less than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
